We sell Ayurvedic and wellness products intended for general health and personal care use. We currently accept online payments only - via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking through our secure payment gateway. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability - in which case any amount already paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered, except where the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will review your claim.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We make every effort to display accurate pricing, descriptions, and images. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
